Over the past several years, we have offered Lean workshops to successfully prepare numerous individuals and teams for immediate implementation of lean manufacturing tools and techniques.

Workshop Deliverables

  • Working Knowledge of the principles, philosophy, and tools of Lean Manufacturing

Our workshops have a maximum capacity of twelve (12) and will be filled on a first come, first serve basis.

The workshop starts at 8:00 a.m. and end around 4:00 pm. To accommodate flight schedules, we will attempt to end around 12:00 p.m. on Friday.

The workshop is extremely intensive. You will need to bring an open mind and a willingness to learn. Please come with (PPE) which are safety shoes and glasses.

As participants learn and practice the tools and techniques, you also be able to network and learn from other participants and their experiences. This network chain, and the resources it can provide for you as lean practitioners is priceless!

The facilitation staff you will be learning from is the most experienced in the U.S. And we all have over 35 years of experience in manufacturing operations, working up through the ranks from the shop floor, frontline supervision, engineering, quality, HR, purchasing, etc. We have participated on many Kaizen teams as team leaders, co-leaders, and team members. We all have studied for years under the Japanese consulting firm of the Shingijutsu Company, Ltd. We have facilitated hundreds of Kaizen teams in many Different industries, and in their supplier and (sub-tier) supplier base as well.

We know this works and the results are unbelievable! We have lived through what it takes to make it.
