Jennifer Ralston is an internationally recognized executive in organizational excellence, business transformation, and executive coaching. Recognized globally as a strategic problem solver and trusted executive advisor, Jennifer has partnered with Fortune 100 and Fortune 500 companies—including JP Morgan Chase, MetLife, Intel, and Merck—as well as leading universities such as Georgetown University and the University of Maryland, federal agencies including the U.S. Department of War (formerly DoD), HUD, USPS, IRS, and USDA, and nationally recognized nonprofit organizations such as the American Red Cross. She has also supported multiple branches of the United States Armed Forces, including the U.S. Navy, Army, and Air Force, delivering transformational improvements across both public and private sectors.

Jennifer is a Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt, Lean Sensei, and Project Management Professional (PMP). During her affiliation with the Shingo Institute, she served as a Licensed Affiliate, Certified Facilitator, and Examiner, advancing the principles of operational excellence and the Shingo Model internationally. She continues to collaborate with organizations including the American Society for Quality (ASQ), the Society of Manufacturing Engineers (SME), and America’s Corporate Partners (ACP), where she mentors executives and develops the next generation of organizational leaders.
Beyond her executive leadership, Jennifer is deeply committed to servant leadership and the military community. As a proud veteran spouse, veteran daughter, veteran granddaughter, veteran niece, and Blue Star Mother, she founded the HKPO Veterans Academy, a U.S. Department of War (formerly DoD) SkillBridge-authorized organization dedicated to equipping transitioning service members with leadership development, industry-recognized certifications, mentorship, and career pathways for long-term success.
